Runbi support

Help for the owners and staff of businesses that use Runbi.

Runbi is a staff app for salons, spas and studios, made by Autosterea. It is where a business runs its calendar, bookings, clients, payments and reviews. It is not a consumer app: clients book through the business's own website, and each business creates the accounts for its own team.

Runbi for your business

Any appointment-based salon, spa or studio can use Runbi. Each business gets its own workspace and invites its own team, and Runbi is billed to the business directly, outside the app. To start using Runbi for your business, email us at the address below.

Signing in

• Sign in with the email address your business registered for you, and your password.
• You can also choose Email me a login link to get a one-time sign-in link by email.
• Forgotten your password? Use Reset your password.
• No account yet? Ask the owner of your business to invite you from Team.

Your account

• To change your name or password, open the menu and tap Edit profile.
• To delete your account, open the menu, tap Edit profile, scroll to Delete account and tap Send deletion request. The owner of your workspace is notified and can delete it straight away; if nobody does, it is deleted automatically 30 days after your request. You can also ask us directly at the address below.
